Over the course of my 16-year career as a writer, I’ve covered all sorts of interesting topics —   travel, business, food and drink and the outdoors.

I’ve written for Alaska Airlines MagazineTravel Oregon, Psychology Today, New Mexico Magazine and The Oregonian, among other publications.

I particularly enjoy writing feature stories, web copy and personal essays.

My memoir, “How to be a Sister,” was published in 2010 by The Experiment, an independent press in New York. My essay “Sisters on the Road to Somewhere” appeared in the anthology “Easy to Love But Hard to Live With” , published by DRT Press in 2014. You can find my blog, Sister on the Edge of Autism, on Psychology Today.
