Sailing the San Juans and Talking about Crows

Summer might be winding down, but there’s big fun on the horizon for September.

Bellingham-based Village Books has invited me to be part of its tenth annual Books A’Sail trip September 15-17 —a three-day journey into the San Juan Islands aboard the historic tall ship Schooner Zodiac.

I’ll be talking about my novel Crow Talk and I’ll be in joined by Lyanda Lynn Haupt, who will be discussing her book Crow Planet. (Her latest book, Among the Birds, will be out in September.)

The Schooner Zodiac is a beautiful vessel and more than one hundred years old, and participants get to help crew the boat. For more details, click HERE.
